IN THIS LESSON
There are two meditations that should be practiced daily in order to have strong boundaries, the beginning and end of the day meditations. Your Journey Workbook has the components of them written down so that you may recite them on your own if you prefer.
Lesson Overview
The exercises for this lesson will take you through each of the two meditations discussed. Before viewing these videos please be sure that you are in a safe location, away from and not operating any heavy machinery; such as a vehicle. They are designed to be viewed/listened to in a space that is both safe and quiet, with limited to no distractions.
This course aims to provide you with the highest level of tools for self-care. We encourage you to dedicate some time and space to truly take care of yourself while listening to these meditations.
